Singapore newspaper report on guilty disciplinary finding.

Could someone in Singapore send me a copy of the Straits Times and other local reports on the guilty disciplinary finding against me via Email, nair.gopalan@yahoo.com. It does not appear in the online edition. Thanks

"You did not turn out to defend yourself. Because you know you are already guilty."

So, the Lee Kuan Yew Press did have a good time distorting the facts for local consumption. What we outside Singapore living in monitory democracy know is this -

The Singapore Justice System runs a kangaroo court and a propaganda press.

Woman who tried to open plane door given discharge
By Shaffiq Alkhatib | Posted: 07 January 2011 1850 hrs

SINGAPORE : A 28-year-old Irish woman, accused of trying to open a door of a Singapore Airlines aircraft while it was still in flight, has been given a discharge amounting to an acquittal in a district court on Friday.

Diana Mary Scanlon, who is a chef, was charged on December 15 with trying to open the door of the plane at around 6.50am on November 30 last year.

Flight SQ327 was then flying from Munich, Germany, to Singapore.

The slim brunette looked relieved as she stood in the dock on Friday and she thanked the judge before taking her leave.

No reasons were given for her discharge.

Those who threaten the safety of an aircraft can be jailed up to a year, fined a maximum of S$5,000 or both.

Obviously the Irish woman was let off for the Lee Kuan Yew government is publicity shy when it comes to Singapore Airlines this instance. It is bad publicity not justice that matters. Fucking corrupted minds of Kangaroo court judges licking the boots of Lee Kuan Yew. This shows how the Singapore media is controllable but had the case proceeded it is bad publicity as the Kangaroo court judges already knew what the verdict was going to be. Guilty until proven innocent.

Foreigners are above the law if they abide by the private international laws of Lee Kuan Yew not found on the practioners' volume of Dicey and Morris "Private International Law"

"Lan jiao" what is there to defend. No need to defend. It was a forgone conclusion, guilty until proven innocent. This is the peremptory norm in Kangaroo court.
