Good job on repeating the following:

- Lee Kuan Yew (you give this name the treatment it deserves - you make it sound vulgar!)

- Lee Kuan Yew and his son

- The Lee family.

ps. Move the camera over, so that you are see as looking at the viewing.

Good on you. The judges in Singapore are indeed subservient to Lee Kuan Yew and his hand picked cronies. The independence of the judiciary is highly laughable and a joke.

the PAP is afraid that a 2 party system will not work for the PAP, but it will surely work for Singaporeans.

Hear! Hear!

The judges did not embrace corruption but were forced to be corrupted by the dictator Lee Kuan Yew. They all are forced to lick his boots and arrive at decisions according Lee Kuan Yew's brand of jurisprudence which is the law is used as a weapon to extend his tenure in the political arena.

Dr Chee is successfully destroyed by PAP. To the extent that Singaporeans have written him off.

But your video comes as a timely reminder of the forgotten beginning of how he is FIXED by the Singapore dictator.

BTW, your video is too long, people who use this medium are quite used to the fast computer response time, that is why we have news in 30 seconds or 1 minute news videos. This video will be a waste if the message does not get through in the first minute, and encourage the audience to seek the details in the subsequent 2-3 mins max.

Thankyou for the video.

New Game Online - Vote Out The PAP Candidates You Do Not Want!

Technically once parliament is dissolved all incumbent MPs cannot communicate with the constituents as their MP and cannot use their official MP's email address until the next government is formed. Therefore they can only acknowledge receipt but cannot respond in the capacity of MP because parliament is prorogue and the government of the day is only in caretaker mode.

Therefore it is inappropriate for the incumbent MPs to refer to themselves as MP because there is none at the moment when parliament is dissolved.

But in Lee Kuan Yew's Singapore this is not so. At this point Channelnewsasia is still addressing them as Minister of Law etc. No ministerial decisions should be made until they are appointed in the next government. This the PAP failed to observe the principles of parliamentary democracy and the opposition is at a disadvantage from the start. A more level playing is not even evident during the hustings so whats more during the currency of the government of the day.

This is "chou chi bi" Lee Kuan Yew's style of democracy.

Well if you have conscience in yourself, you can choose to leave . No one can force you if you do not agree.

The Singapore government's indirect 23 per cent non-voting stake in SGX was top of the list, according to sources, although this was something the Australian government could never say publicly.

Former Singapore Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew's famous warning in the 1980s that Australia could become the "poor white trash of Asia" still resonates with some lawmakers, who are suspicious of the Singapore's government indirect links to the SGX.

-------------

Clearly, LKY, the highly paid forecaster couldn't see this happening.

What a useless piece of turd.

Singapore would be better off when he joins the Empress in hell.

The salary of a High Court judge is $110,000 a month, so the money is too good to leave albeit conscience is clear.

Dr Chee gave it good to Khaw when he said about Khaw asking people to send their aged parents to JB!!!

Well Done Dr Chee!

The straw that broke the camel's back was the historic stoppage of trading in the SGX by the government's intervention in the 1987 stock market crash. Foreign investors could not unload their stocks and that infuriated the Aussies. You would notice that the Aussie media gave daily updates of Nikkei, Hangseng index but ignored the ST index all these years.

The Aussies are telling Lee Kuan Yew to back off. They have failed in the Qantas takeover and the SGX takeover (mind you NOT merger.

The opposition has better candidate but Singapore will pick the lousy one.

Singapore lacks integrity, that is why even in caretaker mode, PAP still feel free to call itself the govt. It has never lose govt.

Current Singapore govt linked companies are in trouble in Australia and USA.
Tiger Air safety, ST Aerospace in Mobile, AL, Singtel Optus misleading ads, SGX takeover of ASX, Singapore Power International role in Black Saturday, VIC, Australia.

All linked to how law/justice work in Singapore.

The Lee family's money (oops, Singaporeans CPF) is not welcome in South East Asia and Australia.

Ho Ching has lost a boat load of 'family money' investing in US banks such.

People of Singapore, you are so screwed. Expect to keep working until you drop dead.

Suckers!

Are your parents planning to retire on their CPF?

Don't count on it. (They will be moving in with you, soon.)

How much of our National Reserves are really left?

The opposition cannot win enough seats to get rid of the PAP.

So, their strategy should be to throw as many of their resources into unseating the little priceling, LHL.

Then change the election from FPTP (google this) into a proportional representation.

This way the 40%+ of the people who do not vote for the PAP will get their say.

Anonymous said...

Yes get rid of that prick LHL. He suggested old folks to sell or rent their property out to tide over and move in with their children. What a stupid idea.

There is some hope.

So, there are talented people who do not get caught in the PAP web.

Because he knows that, due to his wife's poor investments, there is no CPF left for Singapore's old folks.

To all you old conservative folks who vote blindly for the PAP, we will have the last laugh after election day.

The PAP will still be in power, and you can watch your CPF nest egg dwindle down to nothing.

Should have turfed the bums out when you had a chance, and built a better Singapore for the young.

But, in your selfishness, you have weakened their future and destroyed yours.

IDIOTS!

Ex-Singaporean sponsors an additional server for The Temasek Review

The Temasek Review would like to express its heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Ms Rena Sharma for kindly sponsoring an additional server to keep the site going.

Just five minutes after we posted an appeal on Facebook, Ms Rena (an ex-Singaporean residing in Australia) responded and completed the order for the new server directly at our official host’s website.

At Rena’s request, the server will be named the ‘JBJ server’ after Singapore’s opposition icon Joshua Benjamin Jeyaretnam.

Bravo!!!

Referring to Loony's speech - quoted in Comments a few times.

My former neighbour's 2 children died in a tragic traffic accident. Maybe she and her stroke hubby can move into Lee Residence in Oxley Rise.

PAP has really lost touch with Singaporeans. What's next blunder from them?

Some of us have already figure out CPF is really a form of tax - that is why i have to give up my Sinkee citizenship to take out the money.

In Australia, the superannuation (like CPF) can be taken out to cover hardship.

The returns is inflation + 2% or more. CPF is getting 2.5% but inflation is over 5%.

In Australia, super cannot be used to buy property because of moral hazard. In Singpore, the original intention is so that HDB do not have to handle loan defaults.

In Australia, 9% super will give comfortable living for last at least 10 years after retirement, after which the aged pension will take over to provide no-frills living.

VOTE

If we continue to let fear, cowardice, greed and selfishness rule our decision, it may be a decision we may regret for the rest of our lives.

Look around you and see how far singapore has fallen under the adminstration of Lee Hsien Loong and the PAP.

If we continue to let this fiasco unfold before us for another 5 years, we may reach the point of no return, a point in which all the blood, sweat and tears of our forefathers would have gone to waste.

Both MM Lee and Chiam See Tong ought to voluntarily step down as MP. They are probably senile and suffering from dementia, mentally unfit, speech already slurring.
