Redwood City California. Boycott the meeting with Million Dollar Minister (National Service) (Rear Admiral) Lui Tuck Yew on April 24, 2007.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Introduction

One Mr. Roger Liew, I believe a Singaporean living locally here in the San Francisco Bay Area, has sent invitations to Singaporeans and perhaps others, under an organization called "Singapore Connect” including me, to attend a function on April 24, 2007 at the Sofitel (perhaps a restaurant) at 223 Twin Dolphin Drive, Redwood City (a city near San Francisco, not far from where I am).

The function is supposed to be a "buffet reception cum informal dialogue session with the Minister of State for Education, RADM (NS) Lui Tuck Yew.

For those unfamiliar with Singapore military ranking, RADM means Rear Admiral and NS means this man is still under national service military obligations and he doubles up as an education minister.

Roger Liew I believe is the PAP government's representative in the San Francisco Bay Area who has been commissioned, presumably being paid millions of dollars by the Lee Administration, like the government ministers, to try to stem the growing opposition among Singaporeans overseas against the PAP government by providing free buffet dinners to disgruntled overseas Singaporeans.

My letter is to urge you, Singaporeans, to stay away from this meeting as a sign of protest and boycott against the denial of Singaporeans their human rights and as a protest against the Lee Administration's raising of theirs and their Civil Servants salaries which amounts to daylight robbery of the Singaporeans' hard earned money amounting to embezzlement, no more no less.

Lack of support worldwide among Singaporeans

I can say with confidence that even without this call for a boycott, most overseas Singaporeans stay away from functions organized by the Singapore government abroad, functions such as this, anyway.

I am sure that you are aware of this already.

I have received information that the Singapore governments attempts to get foreign Singaporeans in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Toronto, London and Frankfurt to support the organizations set up there by so called Singapore contact organizations have failed miserably. I have been told that the Singapore organization in Sydney recently only managed to get no more than a handful Singaporeans to attend a function organized by the Singapore consulate there, despite the fact that there are scores of thousands of Singaporeans living in Sydney. It is the same low attendance in all cities throughout the world in Singapore High Commissions Embassies and Consulates functions. In an desperate attempt to get more support from overseas Singaporeans, quite often as you know, the Singapore government uses fronts and outside organizations to conceal the fact that it is in fact a Singapore government function, in the belief that this way, they will be able to get more attendees. But frankly these tricks and clandestine methods to gain the support of overseas Singaporeans does not appear to work.

To put it in a nutshell, most overseas Singaporeans have said good riddance to the Singapore government and to their leader Lee Kuan Yew and his son. Why this dislike for Singapore, which was once their country? The reason should be obvious.

Most Singaporeans who emigrate are highly educated motivated people with a conscience and conviction, talent and ability. They see no need to earn a living under circumstances where one has to live no more than a slave in Singapore and what is worse, having to listen daily to the disgusting pomposity and arrogance of Lee, his son and his chosen ministers, who appear to think that it is they and they alone who have heads on their shoulders and no one else has one.

So overseas Singaporeans stay away. What is more, they feel attending these functions give legitimacy to the banana republic regime of Lee and son. This explains the lack of interest in these functions among overseas Singaporeans. I have heard that the dislike and the disinterest among overseas Singaporeans have reached unprecedented highs lately, especially since the recent announcement of Lee Kuan Yew and his son deciding to corruptly pay themselves salary increases of mind boggling unacceptable levels of several millions of dollars. Overseas Singaporeans particularly find this thoroughly unacceptable since great numbers of Singaporeans live in poverty of, believe it or not, less than $300.00 per month. This has debunked the claim of Lee and his son that Singapore is a first world country when it is just a third world country or a classification one notch further down.

Roger Liew

I had said that this is being organized by Roger Liew through an organization that he has put up called "Singapore Connect". Although he has denied it, Roger Liew is a PAP representative in the San Francisco Bay Area, representing the Lee Administration here and whose job, among others is to inform on the activities and the proclivities of Singaporeans living here and to report on who is in favor and who is against the Lee Regime.

In other words, a PAP mole.

Not wanting to waste his time in investigation, I will tell him right now that 99% of Singaporeans here, including myself, have lost all faith whatsoever in his party and his leaders, Lee Kuan Yew and son. He should report that to his masters. Also you might want to ask him how many million dollars of your taxpayer money is being paid to him to carry out this job, in which he has failed anyway. You might want to ask him to return to you the ill gotten gains, the payment he received from the PAP, in which he has failed.

Minister of State for Education, RADM (NS) Lui Tuck Yew.

For those unaccustomed to Singapore military personnel, the title of this man, RADM stands for Rear Admiral. But please don't imagine a salty leathery sea dog, a naval officer with extensive naval experience and leadership qualities and great knowledge and experience in the navy. Don’t compare him with an Indian Naval Admiral, or a British or Israeli Naval Officer.

This man is probably bespectacled, bookish and would appear more comfortable behind a desk than on the quarterdeck of a destroyer hanging on the rails with gale force winds blowing across the bow, standing firm and giving the order, all hands on deck and man the guns with enemy over starboard bow.

His only qualifications would be that he has passed all his exams and he is an unwavering supporter of the Fascist Lee regime.

No, this man certainly is not a man of the sea and like his Prime Minster, Mr. Lee who does not inspire any confidence as a politician, neither does he as a seaman.

National Service means that he is still serving national service and doubling up as a Minister for Education for which he is paid one million dollars a year. You can call him a Million Dollar Minister, literally. Why is he a minister?

Well, both himself and his parents from a very young age had decided, quite dishonorably just as all other Singapore PAP politicians, that the surest way to succeed in Singapore without much effort is to pass all your examinations very well and show unwavering allegiance to the Peoples Action Party and to it's leader Lee Kuan Yew, with deliberate sycophancy and absolute loyalty to the Singapore dictatorship of Lee and Son. (Just as Albert Speer showed unwavering loyalty to Adolf Hitler, but I digress)

Lee will, in turn, reward the loyalty with unprecedented huge salaries of millions of dollars. All the applicant has to do is to obey all orders of Lee however dishonest or illegal they may be. This is what this so called Rear Admiral does for his living as a Minister of State under Lee Kuan Yew. This sort of career success by Mr. Lui Tuck Yew shows that neither his parents or himself had much confidence that he could succeed on his own i.e. without the PAP as a crutch.

Many other Singapore parents who have a sense of integrity, pride and conviction have refused to accept government scholarships even though they were offered them because they did not want their sons and daughters to have to serve a regime that is seen a pariah among other democratic countries of the world, for denying their people free speech, expression and where political opponents are jailed and bankrupted. Their children have gone on to succeed independently on their own right, independent of the PAP government.

It would appear that neither Mr. Lui Tuck Yew or his parents have those high ideals of integrity and he can only succeed in earning his millions by playing double fiddle for Lee and his son.

So I call all of you Singaporeans who have been extended invitations for this Singapore government function to tell Mr. Lui that he can enjoy the buffet himself with Mr. Roger Liew and the San Francisco Singapore Consulate staff themselves. Afterall, birds of a feather flock together.

We self respecting Singaporeans with a spine on our backs and a head on our shoulders boycott the Real Admiral's function.

We boycott the function to show our protest against the universally unacceptable salary increases that they pay themselves.

We boycott and Protest.

We shall not attend your function.

Thanks But No Thanks.
