"Singaporean" Olympic gymnast actually Communist Chinese

Ladies and Gentlemen,

With a disillusioned Singaporean population leaving the country en masse, the birth rate ending up the lowest in the world, and the general morale very bad indeed, Lee Kuan Yew's Singapore desperately needs to ratchet up the "good news". Here is another one.

The State controlled Singapore newspaper the Straits Times online edition of Jan 14, 2012 has the story "Female gymnast makes history by qualifying for the Olympics". Of course simply because a female gymnast qualifies for the Olympics, should not be history at all since there are competitions for women in Olympic gymnastics since decades. That was not history at all. What the Singapore paper, which is nothing more than Lee Kuan Yew, the Singapore strongman's propaganda sheet is trying to imply is that this woman is a Singaporean.

It says "National gymnast Lim Heem Wei has made history by becoming the first Singaporean gymnast to qualify for the Olympics". But the truth is, this woman is not Singaporean at all. True, she looks ethnic Chinese, thanks to the Singapore strongman who has made sure that almost every single face in Singapore is ethnic Chinese, by bringing in daily plane loads of them from China in violation of the rights of Singapore's other citizens, the Malays and Indians.

No, the Singapore state controlled paper is once again trying to mislead Singaporeans which is very easy to do, since the entire news media is state controlled. In fact, as has been the case in every single claim of Singapore's sportsmen, which in fact it has none, this woman is just like the others, a recent Communist Chinese immigrant and a leading gymnast, to whom Singapore has paid millions of dollars to come to Singapore, given instant citizenship and asked to pretend that she is from Singapore to compete in the Olympics.

Once again they will be using this woman to fool the world and local Singaporeans into thinking that one of them has actually competed in the Olympic Games. The truth is they have no sportsmen at all, as the only quality they have in Lee Kuan Yew's island is hanging around licking his boots and expecting some financial rewards.

I suppose they realize that it is no good trying to turn their people into sportsman since they have no other ability other than fawning and crawling at his feet. So I suppose they have given up the idea, but since they want to boast of having sportsmen anyway, their favorite destination is China since they look like them. All they have to do is to pay their top sportsman and women money, large amounts of it, to wear Singapore colors at the next world meet.

And once they have done that, the next minute, this lie would splashed across the pages of their state controlled press "Singaporean wins gold medal". Only later do you realize that the Singaporean turned out to be a phantom, actually from Harbin China, an excellent pole vaulter, who got his money, competed in the Games, got the medal, and immediately thereafter threw the citizenship back at Lee Kuan Yew's face and promptly returned to his home in Communist China with the money in the pocket.

I am not sure if you recall, at the last Olympics, they were trumpeting their 2 table tennis players who won medals at the Games in China. Once again, they were not Singaporeans at all, but Communist Chinese.

Only recently they have been touting the case of an Olympic swimmer, prominently displaying her picture in the state controlled press claiming that she is an Olympic prospect. Olympic prospect she is; what she is not is Singaporean. Yes, once again, a citizen of Communist China, recently admitted to Singapore and granted citizenship overnight, and shamelessly parading as a Singaporean.

For those who are not aware of the real Singapore, let me tell you this. There are no sportsmen in Singapore. If you read of the so called great Singapore sportsmen, they are all from Communist China, paid millions of Singapore taxpayers money and compete in the Games, to fool everyone else into thinking that Singapore has sportsmen, let alone world class sportsmen.

Lee Kuan Yew, Singapore strongman is looking very silly once again.

Greetings Sir,

I chance upon your article every now and then. However, as much as I agree with you to a certain extent that Singapore is politically not altogether there yet, Lim Heem Wei is actually a dear friend of mine whom I have trained alongside since we were 9.

Being a national gymnast myself, I've known Wei for almost two decades now, I really don't think there's any chance of her having been imported from some part of China. Unless you deem us so, simply because our ancestors somewhere down the family tree line was from China or simply because she was from the Singapore Chinese Girls School.

Do hope you do some serious research work before you make such claims. Otherwise I think you will lose your credibility on all the articles that you have posted all these while. Unless for any reason, you have indeed did your research work thoroughly and I don't know Wei well enough. I apologies if I've offended you in any manner.

It's just that this time round, I find this article somewhat baseless and I'm pretty sure everyone who know Heem Wei personally will agree with me. Do think through. Cheers.

To Anonymous,
I have posted your comment particulary to point out that it is you and your regime which you try so hard to defend that has lost it.

It may well be true, I do not know, that there is this one sole individual a native Singaporean who has somehow managed to become a real sportswoman.

But this does not detract from the fact what we all know anyway. Singapore does not and will not have any local sportsmen or women and all they can do, in order to paint a picutre that they are somehow a sporting country, is to continue paying millions of taxpaers money to busloads of merceneray Chinese looking sportsmen from Communist China to don Singapore uniforms and play in interantional meets.

Every single table tennis player and swimmer or anyone else for that maater are all Mainland Chinese oppurtunists who do this for money. You know it as well as I and every Singaporean does.

And your comment in trying to fool the world by your nonsense with your state controlled press with their lies, is not helping you at all.

In a fear ridden society such as Singapore where your Lee Kuan Yew struts around like a prize rooster, you are not going to have any sportsmen. They are afraid to do anything.

Dear Mr Nair,

My name is Alex Liang, I am a former national champion gymnast from Singapore (1993, 1996, 1997 national champion, national team member from 1992 - 1997) and part of the wider Singapore Gymnastics family who have supported Heem Wei all the way to the Olympics.

Both my sister and I know Heem Wei and her family and can confirm that they are 100% Singapore and not, as you have alleged without a shred of evidence, a communist PRC. Yes whilst her coaches may be from China, she is in fact born in Singapore as are her parents.

May I reassure you that I despise and hate the PAP so very much that I have despaired entirely and have emigrated. I now hold a British passport - I reside in London and have worked all over, I also have a blog which is extremely critical of the Singaporean system, pretty much from the point of view not so much of a dissident, but one who has chosen to reject the PAP's system. OK? I hate hate hate hate the PAP so much, I hate the regime, I hate all the PAP people and their cronies so much - can we get that out of the way please.

But please - leave Heem Wei and her family out of this. You only discredit your stance by making rookie mistakes like that.
